You'll be pro in no time. Love the gill flaring. Also, it will make a huge difference if you make sure the glass is spotless inside and out prior to shooting and turn of any air and pumps so the water will look clean and undisturbed.
 
Good looking fish and some excellent shots. I'm not sure which program you are editing your photos. One suggestion I would offer up is to play with the "levels" adjustment. You will be able to reduce some of the highlights and bring out the midtones a bit more.

The key is to keep on shooting. It's all about practice. Keep up the good work.
