I think you are stuck at the pricing... we need to just sit back and enjoy the fish/hobby without thinking how much he/she/you/they/we/I pay for fish or this hobby.

The Platinum "Worth" at $39,000 USD in Japan. and The Gold should be around there also... but i can tell you this i got the platinum at a range i comfortable with. but the Gold barramundi is the deal of a life time..

Nah! They are not rare. :D They are just very hard to find... I think Li is the only guy in the US (may be in the world) who owns BOTH kind :D so not quite rare, is it?:ROFL:
