Kansas City Mo, Thanks for all the comments, I have redesigned the return lines and the drains so many times before I got it to work. I would like to note that the 1" pressed board saved the project, I had some huge leaks and 1 broken tank tht would have destroyed anythig thinner. The board got soaked and did chip away a little bit but has held together now that its all fixed.

The lesson I learned was, never over tighten a bulked unless you want to loose the tank :-(. Instead use silcon and only snug up the bulkhead.
 
good build. sorry to hear about the busted tank/wet wall but as long as it all came out alright.
