i'm normally not a big fan of SA boas, but i saw this episode and must admit these really caught my eye... anyone know exactly which kind they are? and where i could get one?

if it's real obvious or something, please don't point it out. i used to have very little interest in these, and don't know much about them...
 
i know its a boa constrictor, i was wondering which variant. i believe this one was in Belize, if that helps. anyone know where i could get one of these or one that looks like the one at 1:09?
 
you wont find one that looks exactly like that... the light colored one could be just as dark as its mate. There is soo much variablity between them... I guranatee you the dark male could be as light as the female during any given time... and vice versa.
 
Agreed, i doubt its going to be something you can name unless its a specific locality.

Also, i have never seen the show or whatever they were filming but those snakes were a little too friendly?

well yes, but i was referring more to the patterning.

and yes, they did seem too friendly
 
I saw that episode... kind of disappointed they killed and ate the iguana shortly after...
