dubia roaches

Try giving them a variety to eat. They have a habit of getting bored with a single food item. I feed mine fish flakes, dog kibble, cereal, grated carrots/squash, lettuce and their favorite, mango baby food. I also give mine vegetable table scraps when they're available.
ok

My colony started out pretty slow, but about half a year later with heat and a lot of food, I couldn't feed them off fast enough. This led to a bunch just dying on me and attracting these nasty phorid flies

i started with 20 females and 5 males last year , goes back and forth up to a few k this month , depending on what you are feeding off at a time id set up a second colony of a faster breeder like turkish roaches . i keep mine at 90 f and feed vegies , oranges and scrap gecko food.

They definitely love all types of fruit, mine always go nuts for fruit. Otherwise, I feed scraps of just about any veggies or bread I have. Tonight they got cornbread, sweet potato and pineapple. Tomorrow they will probably have carrots, zucchini bread, lettuce and oranges, that's how I feed 'em.
They also have a dish with gel water that I keep hydrated, just in case.

They seem happy.

yeah i was thinking i would just wait and go with dubia
