Make sure that you're keeping them warm for the first few weeks. Keep them out of water too. They don't have their mother's protective oils on their down so they can get chilled very easily.

Also, Lucky was always a weak duckling, needed help out of his egg.
Had eye problems. Was always slower. Slept alot. I think he's just one of those weak ducklings, I mean, a healthy one wouldn't need help out of his egg, right? Took about 3-4 days to hatch.

im so sorry dude, it might have been a birth defect. 
sunny will need more attention now than before, maybe get a little stuffed animal or something for him to sleep with. when my parrot was a baby they had a stuffed animal in his cage, it helps them feel more secure
