i just ordered a bunch for my 55g reptile tank

animals are

2 alligator snappers
2 common snappers
2 red ear sliders
2 soft shell
1 red bellie turtle

2 american alligators


any thing i should know

i like the way it looks

water temp is 78-82
2 powerhead(fluval) filled with sponges



i also have a waterfall in the tank with live moss growing on it

dont flush the plants down your toilet they will ruin your septic system. other than that it reproduces like crazy and will look nice.

Don't put duckweed anywhere you might change your mind about, I love the stuff but it is hard to get rid of because if you miss a leaf it will grow a tankfull. Also you are going to need more tanks, all those puppies get pretty good size and the snappers and softshell have been known to gut small gators and bite the legs off gators and other turtles, watch your fingers if you like them attached. I feed my excess duck weed ot my koi n my coffee table tank ill put liek 4 cups of it in there and the next day its all gone... good nutrients!
