Excuse the fingers in the picture but they are still in the floating bin. For some reason this pair has been harder to get onto pellets without soaking them in the worm juice. But....exclusively on carnivore pellets only soaked in worm juice so it should be sooner then later they will take plain carnivore, just a little bit more time.

Thanks, I have them on carnivore pellets with no worms now and moved them to the 150 gallon tank to see how they develop. Since more rays are on their way I thought it would be good to hold onto these pups until the next batch to compare and maybe keep the best to grow out. Fun things ahead and I can't wait as my classic leo is pregnant again and my leo/pearl looks pregnant too but hard to tell if there is movement or not on my leo/pearl.
Here is the classic leo that I know for sure that is pregnant again.
Here is my white tank treatment for these pups. I think white tank and lots of lighting does play a role in their spots coming out more!!!
The males perimeter spots are barely visible now as these rays are now being kept in a dim tank with a gravel bottom. So much for me trying to cut down on algae in the grow out tank. Time to hang the T5 light above this tank.

I have already been asked so FYI I was being sarcastic when I said white tank treatment I just put them in a white container for the picture and that's the closest I will get to ever putting a ray in a white environment even though it looks as though white and lighting does play a roll in the amount of spots that pop out on a ray.
