Dumbest/Smartest fish

The oscars are the only fish I've ever needed to keep entertained. If they get bored I'm sure they would start tearing up their tanks. Toni is the smarter of my bunch it seems. She is usually faster to figure out how to get at a treat than the others are.

There are fish that build structures and manipulate objects for a specific outcome or purpose. Those, I would think, would probably be most intelligent.

I think moray eels are intellegent, they can learn when people are home and they will attack other fish when nobody is around. I also heard that dovii were intelligent.
