Dumbest thing you've done in/to aquariums?

put a murray cod and a barra with 2 larger oscars 1st oscar died overnight but had no bite marks on it so must has been chased and stressed and died anyways we went out on a holiday i come back 1 week later to find the 2nd oscar dead the only remains was its skeleton my barra and cod both had grown by 3 inch's i wonder why lmao

they were my wifes pet oscars she almost killed me
 
bought 8 preggo ghost shrimp to keep in a little 4 inch deep tupperware bowl while i got their tank ready. had to leave them out overnight.

i had some aeration and everything going, but 4 of them jumped to their death.

i didnt even know they could do that!! :WHOA: oh well, my oscar likes them :popcorn:
 
my worst is when i had my first tank it was a 29 gallon and had an ehiem. well i did a wc and filled my tankover the return. when i woke up my air tube was clamped in the tank?? when i woke up all my fish were at the water line gasping for air, i found out what was wrong but it was too late lost 3 fish. never do that again
 
doing a water change and forgot to put the end of the hose in the bucket i was wondering why my feet got all wet
 
cellulose sponge in tank...decomposed on me
fed grape to cray and left it in tank overnight...woke up and stared at the glass debating whether or not the water looked cloudier than usual, then realized that it was the grape months later lol
 
i bought 5lbs of pond food left it on my coffee table thats like 3 or 4 feet away from a set of doubble stacked 20gallon long. my brother brings over my nephew. while my brother and i are laying down kitchen tile my nephew dumps all the food into my 20gal. well 8 or so hours later me and my bro go down to the fish room and see all this food in my 20gal. my nephew said"fishies hungry". im mad at myself still.
