light is both a particle and a wave. lives in both, hint: it does not matter where the light came from, can be as far away as the most observed universe. time for that perticle is the same. and thats your answer, just need to say it. and no its not a proton. proton has mass.

so that makes traveling light years away impossible as we know it. as mass can not travel the speed of light. so, ya aint no alians coming here from far far away.

ok, here is the trick in the question, for the light particle, 0 time passes, again for the light particle. this why the further we see in the universe the further back in time we see. but again for the light its instant, speed is time, speed of light is the absolute, no time passes.
