I bought a cute little dwarf fuzzy lionfish today - and I was wondering if anyone knew how fast they grow??

depends on how much food you feed, water quality and there stress level's most will grow slowly unless you heat the water and go crazy with food which is stupid. But it is a beautiful fish and sure it will keep you happy for time to come.

The one I had grew pretty slow. They also don't get near the size as some other lions. He was a great fish, I use to feed him live feeders from my hand, until I got stung. I wouldn't recommend it. It's not life threatening but it hurts like hell. It was in the finger tip and turned my nail black and blue. I was told if I got stung to move my hand back and forth from hot water to cold water. I don't think it helped except maybe to take my mind off of it.
Being stung suck's and since there venom is a protein venom you run it under water so hot it should be just below boiling which neutralizes the venom. I have been stung about 12 time's from lion-fish, 1 by stone-fish, 2 by scorpinfish, and none by a blue ring octopus thank god or I'd be dead.

Frozen silversides, I defrost them and wiggle them around on a zip tie above the lionfish like they're alive...I even put a damsel in - it didn't eat that either.
