My Channa Andrao seems to be hiding under leaf liters a lot.
He is still eating fine, but rarely show himself.
Is this normal?

Can be normal. Could be in response to tankmates or water temp/ph.

My andrao too, but they get show of when i change temperatur of water to be coolder

Very! Do you have plenty of places for him to hide, and that are shaded when the lights are on?
They come out a lot more and show their rowdy selves when they have places to chill and not be disturbed. Best tip I've gotten is to make sure they have plenty of gaps to come up for air, and that those aren't too vulnerable either, aka at least 25% of the surface covered in plants at all times.

I have a 100 gal Aquarium . I want to put 1 andrao channa, 1 tiger oscar, 3 convicts and a pelco. Can I keep them all happy and safe. All the fish are not much bigger than each other

4" gap enough?

Sounds fine! I don't know where yours originates from, but I try to adapt the amount of space according to the seasons, so when it's usually drier where mine is from, I lower the water level to mimic that environment.
Regarding plants it's up to you, what you like, what's available and is safe etc.
Had to to a hard reset on my tank so no plants atm but my Fire & Ice doesn't seem to mind at all.
