dying guppies

some of my guppies are getting real skinny and calopsed fins ect and the death, what ever it is it is spreading, can anyone tell me what to do,
I have been doing water changes, not sure what it is
hope some one can help

Not enough info, several internal parasites can cause these symptoms

The most common internal parasites in guppies are the nematode worms, praziquantel or levamisole laced foods are the best treatment and can be ordered online or found in good LFS. Jungle labs makes an antiparasite medicated food that contains these as well as metronidazole which treats protozoal infections, the second most common parasite problem. Gel-tech makes an additive that also contains the right meds for foods as do several others.
