Early birds vs night owls

I wake up at 3am go back to sleep around 5am then wake up about 8am to face the day

start work at 12pm so up at 11am go sleep at 2am

I go to bed around 11:00 pm and wake up 7:00 am

I used to stay up until 3-4am but now I have to wake up at that time for work lol.

up at 4:15, 6 days a week, in bed by 11:30 or so

I normally wake up at around 6:15AM, I "go to bed" at 10PM but normally just lay in bed and watch TV until about 11-12

Can't really say, but they always seem to ship me off to the Middle East. That's kinda getting old.

I am usually sleeping now, which I am about to go do. I wake up at 5:50 am and sleep 9-10pm -_-
