i agree that altums should be more popular... i think small ones are just delicate, but once they put on some size in the aquariums i've heard that they are just as hardy as the scalare

Beautiful altums and like many said I wish I have the patience for them. Also, I wish altums were easier to acclimate. They seem to be more delicate than discus. Plus altums cannot be kept with regular angels since they'll get beaten up.

I found some wild Pruvians today at 5" for $20 each. I tried to quit angels but it wasn't meant to be.
