I'm sure it is possible. But to pinpoint it between a few days is plain dumb. Now if it happens then by all means I will not step in the lounge for a week and apologize. But it won't.

I don't know enough about earthquake prediction methods to comment on that prediction, but I believe california has more quakes coming in the next couple years.
