Earthworm surviving underwater

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
worms used to last quite a while in my tank theyd burry themselves and wait to be doug up by my shovel noses that was until my giant gourami got big now they last about 5 seconds lol! my malawi's wont touch worms for some reason

if Malawi cichlids eat worms, they tend to die...

Ya I lost a worm to my ugf a while back, I assume it is making a nasty rotting mess under there, the tank is lightly stocked, and no problems from it.

I dont think cutting a worm in half will kill it, Im pretty sure, one if not boh halfs can regenerate.

Your best bet is to cut the worm into multiple pieces, and get the poo gunk out before feeding.

worms in my tanks have no chance of survival. My GT pretty much inhales them.
