earthworms good or bad?

For me how readily available are they? Nice treats always wanted to try some

I have no idea on the logistics or legalities of getting live earthworms in Singapore. However, there are numerous sources for obtaining earthworms in freeze-dried form. These would have the least amount of nutrient loss from processing than worms processed into stick, wafer, pellet, or flake form.
