Don't expect fish to immediately take everything you throw at them. Sometimes, it takes time.

yep sometimes it takes them a few tries to get used to something new .

Yeah i guess he's just not in the worm mood, when he was smaller he would tackle worms. Ill try again when i go to the store for more food.

hhmm... next time try not to feed him for a day or 2, hell be hungry then, im thinkin your oscar must be full ?, i know my pair of oscars refuse any food when they are in breeding mode, for almost 1 month... so...

I agree with not feeding them for a couple of days...and then trying again.

I try to fast my fish at least one day per week...and don't have anyone feed them when I'm out of town for 2-3 days...
