That extra protein in the worms will get them to grow fast.

Make sure to get them from a pesticide free area. I like to "clean" them out by putting them in a bowl of oatmeal to get the dirt out of their system. Makes me feel better at least.

ok but i dont hav oatmeal and dam i cant get worms cuz my parents use those pesticides in the backyard
