whats the easiest african cichlid to breed? what size do they need to be? what is the minimum tank size needed.

anything else i need to know.

Convict. they would breed in a puddle
You need minimum 10 gallon tank
heater set to 80 degrees
bare tank
grow out tank for fry
just getr a male and female, and they do the work thmselves

really there the easiest african cichlid last time i checked there a central american cichlid.

yellow labs are easy....
1 male
3 females
a 29 gallon and a 10 gallon grow out.

i was going to say yello lab...electric yellow labs too.. pretty easy.. and for that size tank they are a smaller african cichlid.. many of them are easy to breed but you would need larger tank... why do you want to breed..just curious.. because you will get alot of babies and you will need to raise them in bigger tank eventually... and the females will be reproducing again...and again...so you need a place to keep them until they are grown big enough to sell..

ok. cool. whats there minimum size to breed? do they need any certain substrate?
