kribs are good but they dont live long if they breed alot and dont lay as many eggs as convicts
blue acaras also good
but the best is definiatly the convict
breeds in a 10 gallon
breeds w/o a heater or light grows faster w heat
breeds every 30 days if seperated from eggs
my 4" pair lays 200 eggs at a time
90% egg fertilization
easy to raise the fry
works great as feeders for me
fry grow to about an inch in less than 6 months
remember growth depends of feeding and temp
but and ciclid is easy to breed if provided with a good size tank and no rough tankmates
raising the fry is what i am having trouble with
