they are called zoanthids and come in too many types to name.
to give you a general idea they look like this but in way more colors.

yes try considering a fuge they help with self feeding of corals... and understand a reef is not just a fill it up and do nothing with it
 
Full name is Zoanthid, lots of different hybrids available, can be cheap for brown or green types but extreme colour variants can be expensive. if your water parameters are good and your lighting is T5's then Xenia is a hardy little Coral, add iodine and it will spread like aptasia.

how long how many hrs am i suppose to leave a t5 on if i was to get low light corals.
 
well t5ho will allow you too even keep lps and sps corals
keep lights on timer on a 10 schedule same for any tank

Nope.

Also note that some varieties of zoanthids need more light than others, and all do best with medium to high flow.
