I made a background out of large drawing paper and oil pastels. I was bored one night and was tired of looking and all the wires and tubes. The tank just looked too bare. It took me a couple of hours and gave my tank some personality. All you need is some scotch tape, drawing paper, oil pastels(many bright colors), and some time to burn. I posted a couple of pics to show you what I mean.

Look's good! How long did this occupy your time for?

I used oil pastels they are like a really messy crayon. This was the first time I ever used any oil pastels. And then tape together drawing paper to fit your tank. Just have to make sure that the tape is behind the background cause the pastels wont color over the tape.

too bad i can't draw
