Easy Feeders To Breed?

What is the easy way to breed feeders for my fish?

l use convicts .got 3 pair that gives me a constant supply.mine lay eggs about every 3 weeks,the fry take about a month to get 2 feeding size.i feed 2 paroon sharks an eel and rtc and rtc/tsn and a couple of peruno's

You could very well breed earthworms. I know someone who does it.

if this is for large indoor fish, i recommend convicts as well, if its for outdoor fish, then i suggest getting about 100 gambusia and putting them in the pond, they will breed like guppies do, and get larger than guppies, provide a good meal in small portions.

or you could add some longear sunfish, mine breed every month it seems like, sadly my pleco's always eat the eggs, might be different this month, i removed the pleco.
