Easy Firefox Morzilla HELP needed...

Trying to help a friend of mine. Anybody know if there is a pop-up blocker option on Firefox Morzilla?

Can you please help me navigate to it?

You may have to download an add-on from firefox website. I'm not home and they don't use firefox on the pc i'm using. Otherwise i'd look and see where it is and how to get to it, tools maybe i'm not sure.

go to their website they have a few add ons to download.

Tools -> Options -> Content tab: check the box for block pop ups

This alone works for me, if its checked and there is a popup problem i would try some add ons. Or it may be a bigger problem unrelated to mozilla.

Besides beex blocking all the dirty qucklinks he has on his address bar, he's right. I switched away from firefox because it runs slow on macs... but it's still a top notch internet browser and the pop-up blocker works awesome. Leave it on, and every time a pop-up tries to come up it will let you know. It will give you an option to let the pop-up display if it's something you want/need.

off topic...just the other day a lot of my friends who had Norton on their computer crashed and they said when they went to Norton's web site they were expiriencing a lot of calls due to some kind of virus and cannot be accomodated.

mfk is a very dirty site. thats why i always visit it. its the good. you can still see it. its on the left side not fully reded.
