some feeders will bite and nibble yes. Roaches such as lobster/dubia wont though.

Yep. Crickets are really terrible in my opinion. They eat everything, including your lizards, they have an odor to them and they chirp at night. Everything that roaches don't have.

You might not like them but not everyone is cool with feeding roaches. Around here it's a quest to find them at pet store. Every now and then my wife finds a loose cricket in the house and she's cool with it. I can't say she would be fine if it was a cockroach!
