Hey guys, i live in saskatchewan, canada and i've been wondering how native fish liver would taste.the main catchable fish up here are trout, walleye, yellow perch, and Northern pike. when i filet fish i always take the filets and in Walleye particularly their cheeks. i've had the fins deep fried and my family friends love to eat the head but are native fish organs edible? im assuming the liver is and maybe the heart? (maybe even eyes)? has anyone here tried it? thanks guys
