Seriously? It's a ray that Pedro would sell for around $1,000. And, Pedro wouldn't risk his business to ship to a ray unfriendly state.

Just noticed his pics are of 2 different rays. And one is a female.

Look at his username. It has 0 feedback. It's a scam. I never ever buy anything from someone thats new to ebay.

Just noticed that monsterfish8 lists his location as Louisiana but, his IP tracks to Houston, TX.

it could be legitimate. The guy was just covering up his location on here because he know his thread would be closed if he posted his real location. The buyer would be covered by ebay/paypal if he doesn't deliver the goods. I'm sure there are some members on here that got rays in states where it is forbidden.
