Im looking to buy a ebay sunsun/aquatop filter. Its the 211gph version for my 55 gallon? WHo have you bought from if you have bought one?

Thats what Im afraid of, im thinking of buying a used fluval 303 but Ive heard fluvals have issues with leakage.
Im trying to stay around 50 bucks. I dont think I will be able to get a xp3 or eheim for that price.
i just got a sunsun about a week ago and its running great and quiet but the flow rate is a little low and nothing near my fluval 405. you wont get hardly any cans besides a sunsun for 50 bucks.
I've also got a fluval 405 and a sunsun 304 on my tank. While the fluval is by far a superior filter it's also over 4x as expensive. For the money the sunsun is a good filter though, it's built very solid and is absolutely silent though the gph could be higher. I bought my sunsun from KoolGoods, and I know many other people have bought from them too with good experiences.
I bought all of my filters used. Two eheim 2217 for $50 each and one 2215 for $40 so you can do it lol. But I must say $50 for xp3 is not easy as I wouldn't sell mine (also bought used) for that price!
It depends on your stock load... If you're on budget, I'd just get what you could and start easy on the stock. Then gradually up the load...
