EBJD coming home to noob

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
good point guys. Don't much like the spounge filter but it will get the job done and makes a nice water pipe sound.

any other tips on what i should do to prep? Should i get my temps lower then 80? currently hits 82 after the heat of the day

Um another question how big are the pictus cats? They may eat the EBJD btw since they are tiny. Also at i young age like some have said i've also heard they are very sensitive to everything and can be hard to keep, i've heard they can easily die out of no where so id say no tank mates untill larger.

the current masters are 2.5" so they are larger then the new comers by 1.25" i dont have a good location for them other then the goldfish tank but understand they cant co exist. The new tank i have is a 55 gal but dont have any gear or place for it atm.

Think i can put them in the largest part of the sump and pray for no fish soup coming out my returns till the EBJD get larger.

Your temp shoukd be ok. Know youll love the ebjd they are great fish. I had 3, 1 male and 2 female i losy them all at 4-5" when they caught a super strain of ick that would not go away i really miss them. I know one day i will get some more. Good luck with them. If you need anymore help just ask.
