Even if it is male/female spawning behavior, I believe the chances of getting viable fry is slim. My understanding is you need male EBJDXfemale BGJD and then the spawn is something like 25% EBJD.
Your right about that, the faded one was dominate all throughout their time together up until this point. The other more colorful one is eating about twice as much currently just because its always wanting more.
