EBJD Or platinum

I can’t get a pic of him now because he’s hiding but he is same size and already showing bright blue close to adult coloration
 
They both look pretty light colored to me. It’s not that it’s a bad thing at all. If you want to encourage darker colors you can switch to a neutral or darker colored substrate. Maybe even adding more cover might help to bring out more color.
 
Your pics are EBJDs.

Here is a pic of a large male EBJD in breeding color and the female, which is a platinum (the smaller one, to the right).

Gold circle = Gold JD (note that there is no mottling in the coloration)
White circle = Platinum (notice that there is some mottling)
Blue circle = EBJD, similar to what yours look like.

Electric Blue in my opinion. Like others have said - change to dark substrate and background and I'm sure it'll colour up nicely. Like you're already doing, good quality food helps too.
