i have a 75 with two sevs at 2 inches, and one at 3 inches , would an ebjd 2 inches be ok with them for a while or to rough what you think

I keep them together but in a much large tank and have no issues. I think you will be fine. Most sevs can hang with fairly aggressive fish. The problem you are going to have is the severums beating each other up. If you have mutiple males or a pair is formed you will end up having to remove at least one severum.

Yeah shouldn't be an issue at all. Absolutely try it. But....Just so you know, every fish has its own mind. Sometimes they can be mean to fish you would never expect!

The only time they could be a treat to your EBJD is when they start breeding... but by then your EBJD should be much larger =)

I have a couple of 2" EBJDs and several 3-4" sevs in a 120g growout. They completely ignore each other, so I'd agree with everybody that you should be fine.

One way to get around the conspecific aggression problem is to get a few more sevs. Chances are that you'll have one dominant, but I haven't heard one sev killing another. Wait till they pair up (if that's what you want), then save the pair and get rid of the rest.

it would be cool if they pair up but if they dont its ok after today it will be a 3'' red spotted gold sev, a 2 '' gold sev female, and 2'' flagtail prochilodus, and a 2'' ebjd inj the end full grown i want the two sevs and the ebjd the flagtail is for growout and there slow growers anyway
