Ok gonna try to find it.
Anyway, moved him to a 10G tank, going the paraguard in both aquariums just in case some ich is still in the main(weird didnt add nothing new into the main aquarium for months). And gonna try to feed him with metroplex.
Since I moved him to the hospital tank I noticed how dumb he is... He cant bite like a normal fish, I got to cut the babyshrimps into pieces so that he can eat, and he also doens't like very much to eat pellets...
Is poop is also normal again, so that poop in the photos must have been for having an empty stomach.
Still with the white spots on is body.

I would avoid too much high protein low fiber foods like shrimp and blood worms. I think they can get bloated easily from such foods. I feed brine shrimp as a treat because they have a lot of roughage as well as spirulina flakes. Spirulina is an easily digested high protein plant based food.
