Yes, just read that thread again. Can I use epsom salt first and if it does not improve use metro + furan 2? Or can I use all of them at the same time?
Try the epsom salt first and if you need to go to the meds afterwards. This might have progressed a little so meds might give better results but the ES is worth a shot.
Aquanero: I ordered the epsom salt and I should receive it sometime next week. In the meantime I saw that another ebjd has some sort of white spot growing out of his flank. They all seem to have some sort of growth in their mouths, probably transmitted via liplocking....

I would use the meds suggested, it's up to you as far as how you wish to proceed. This might be beyond what epsom salt is capable of dealing with.
Aquanero: The epsom salt has finally arrived and started medicating the NLS pellets with it. I have also ordered Seachem's Metro, but it will take a bit of time for it to arrive. It is not readily available in the UK... Will use the Metro as soon as it arrives.
I have found a thread with a clear pic of an EBJD having the exact same round white growths inside and outside the mouth as what my fish have. It seems to be pretty contagious as now every single EBJDs is infected with it now.

Try a daly 30 min bath using 1 teaspoon of Methylene Blue per 5 gallons of water. See if this helps until the meds arrive. If it's fungal this will help.
