That's a good question. I'd like to know too. I think they are highly inbred to bring out that color though.

Basically you have to breed and EBJD with a regular JD, then that spawn will be what are called BGJD. Then you must breed a BGJD with an EBJD, preferrably not the parent, and then 50% will turn out EBJD.

I'm going to give this a try when I finally set up my tank. I'll keep you guys updated on the breeding process when it happens.
