Yes. Patrick Sawyer who lied to get out of Liberia. He brought Ebola to Nigeria which caused 7 other people to die besides himself. His wife lives in the US. The guy had taken care of his sister who died of Ebola in Liberia. When he got sick he went to Nigeria. In all 20 people were infected with Ebola. Nigeria was declared Ebola-free today.
I think at least one. The person who spread ebola to Nigeria was a US citizen.

Patrick Sawyer was actually born in Liberia. I couldn't find when he actually became an American. His children of 5 years down to 1 were all born in America, which would most likely suggest at least 5 years ago.
