Economic Stimulus Payments on the Way

How many people do you think are actually getting the full $600. I mean, you pay through the nose anyway. It's like a guy telling you that you owe him a dollar and then he turns around and tells you that he's going to give you a penny back because times are tough. On top of all that, at the record rates that oil prices are increasing, it's going to amount to nil in the end anyway.
 
I dont know, but I got the full $600. while its not gonna help much, something's better than nothing. if your really look at it though, this rebate is like putting a band-aid on a gunshot wound

$1200.00 for the wife and me.

She has this crazy plan to pay off our credit card bill from our last trip. Women can be so silly sometimes!:ROFL:
 
It's a little difficult to talk about the specifics, without getting too political...The short and sweet of it is, the Democrats amended the hell out of this to take away the chance, of this winning any votes for republicans......;)
 
I got mine this morning, and it was gone this morning. I got $900, for me, my wife and my son, WTF. When I find out exactly what happened, I am voting for the other party for president. Oh well, at least more bills are caught up.
 
We got ours today as well. Most is going into savings.
