Wrong, its up to 600 for single depending on how much you make and 1200 for joint filing. A friend of mine got her's already and got the whole 600 and she has no dependents.

yeah single's making under 75k should get 600.00.. after that for each 1k over they start taking money away..

not that simple. it depends on what you '07 tax liability is. if your tax liability is very low or 0, you wont get the full $600. BTW, they started handing out rebates last week. Mine should be here this week
