As some of you may read, my Waveline DC 12000 pump stopped running for my closed loop circulation. At this point I've ruled out the pump itself, power supply, and things are pointing to the controller. I've removed the pump so will need to try a bucket test at another time. If I get it running, may just keep it to use for one-off uses.
Moving forward, I ended up going with something that I hope to be more reliable - which lead me to the Vectra L1. Ultimately only time will tell if this is truly as reliable and is better quality than what I had. What I can say for now is I thought the Waveline was quiet - the Vectra is even more quieter.
Below are some pictures of it installed. It was a bit tricking retrofitting based on the PVC plumbing I had going on. I had to seek the help of my bro-in-law to make sure I don't screw up. I think I could have done it all, but he was available so another set of hands/eyes didn't hurt LOL. We ended up adding a couple more unions in the process. I still need to replace my power strip, clean-up the wiring, but wanted to take a few pictures before putting the wood wrap back on.
Let me know if anyone has any questions about the L1, etc...
