My eels are not picky eaters, they eat most thawed seafood (shrimp the most).
The zebra eel only comes out from behind the rockwork if I have the feeding stick in the tank (with food of course). The yellow head pokes his head out on occaision and the mexican dragon is out and about the most. Like most animals each individual may behave differently, you won't really know until they are in your tank for a while.
