I divided the male and gave the female and the eggs 2/3rd of the space. The female has bred before but, the male has not. She is already eating the white eggs
Maybe just didn't work out this time. My Jags spawn pretty regularly and there's no male around so the whole process can occur without male involvement from my experience anyway.
