I woke up to eggs in my convict tank, how long will it take for the eggs to hatch and become free swimmers?

About 3 days. Since this is ypur first time with eggs(im guessing?) watch very close at wht they do as parents, its very interesting and entertaining!! Good luck and this batch mig not live because its their first so just be paitent

A peacock bass and a goliath african tiger fish. im going to use the fry as feeders anyways

If your worried about the fry getting Ate by other fish I wouldn't worry the parents are good at defending the babies.

I would seperate the fry and let them get bigger, more efficent feeding and then the parents will breed alot more often, like 2 times a month
