eheim 2213 vs eheim ecco 2236

anyone have a preference or experience with these. which would you guys choose?

Classics are quite, Ecco's have a noticeable hum. Classics do a better job at mech filtering.

I have not used either, but the classics are a lot more popular as far as I can tell, and I have read the eccos aren't as nice.

I think both are good but the classic a little better. You have to careful with the ecco cuz it seems like it is made a little more fragile.
