eheim 2217 filter pu/socal LA/OC area

U can find 2217 and replacement parts on amazon.com or ebay..
Although i prefer amazon.com I found parts and restored my 2213 in working order. Just letting u know.. plus Eheim pumps of the 2200 series are hard to find in socal... most store carry Jebo or Fluval

with the price for parts for the 2217 i rather get it whole. and i know its hard to find eheim parts. i searched ebay and amazon but no luck.

I had the same mentality on replacement parts.... but then i thought about how long my old EHEIM was.. (It was a West Germany 2213 Model) and it was still working.. so at least 25 years old.. I figured that the pump should still be in good condition, (my uncle gave it to me some 10 years back) ... plus i always love to repair old bumps and give new life to them..

if you've read my thread. i am not looking for parts. i already checked out those sites. and i would never buy from them cuz they charge a lot when i can find it cheaper else where. i know my stuff. if you wanna help me find parts. im also looking for an eheim 2217 pump head. but that alone cost around $70 why would i wanna spend that much on a pump head when i can find the whole filter cheaper or a lil more. but i doubt you can find the pump head for cheap. but thanks for the help bro i really appreciate it.
