Eheim 2217 Flow Picture

Wow, that a big difference considering they are rated for close to the same flow?? Guess the whole eheim "actual" flow arguement rings true? I'd love to see more photos from folks...........grab your cameras during water changes and post em up!
 
Over time my 2217 lost some of its flow. I think it was because the tubes were kinked.

which is a excelant filter, which is basicly a massive bucket with the eheim 1260 sump return pump strapped to it , probably THE best bucket filter on the market,

i do like the 2217,s though and have used many ,i like the way the water has to go through the media and there is no bypass of media as it gets dirty
 
2260 is the largest canister, but so is the 2262. The 2262 however runs 900 gallons per hour. The eheim 2080/2180 is the next largest.

I have to turn my 2262 off when I do water changes. It is too powerful to leave running. It easily would fire 6' or more.
