People do answer his questions. Problem is he does the opposite of what people suggest or just goes off in a completely different direction. He also seems to ask the same questions over and over again.

I like being helpful as much as the next guy. I was new to a lot of the techniques, science, what ever you want to call it, of keeping fish succesfully, so I have had lots of questions myself. Many of the questions have been answered either here by someone responding to my query or by reading someone else's thread who has asked the same question and gotten responses. The difference with lbf I feel is that he's not absorbing any of the answers he's getting. 4700+ posts and he's asking pretty basic stuff that should have sunk in 4000 posts back.

*shrug* Maybe he's just trolling us all.

LBF is trying to take care of his fish, it's just takin' him some time to get it. I think he reacts before reading thoroughly and absorbing is all...

animals are the only things i actually care about! well my dog and fish keeping that is! other things i dont really now about, adults my age know alot about cars, how to save money, have a gf/bf/wife/husband, have a jo, have there own place ( which i will next year summer time hoply! ) but all ive been raised around was fish, i dont know ANYTHING about cars, i dont have a gf ( dont need one anyways ) i live at my grandparents for the time being ( which is fine with me cause im moving next summer so i can start saving up ) and hoping to get a job soon!

I have been in pm's with him over this filter and we seem to be getting somewhere, it is just LBF's ability to take in and process info is different from yourselves or myself.

He just needs a bit extra help, which is why I offered him the chance to pm me before posting so we can try to avoid people flaming him and to try and get stuff done without a hundred different opinions screwing up an already difficult to digest bit of info. Making a solution even harder to reach.

From everything I have picked up he is eager to keep everyone happy and wants no one mad at him. This means when people scream at him to get a job he was magically getting a job in a few weeks but it never appeared or something else was done that people ranted to him about.
I know you are actually getting work now LBF through your charity.
He just wants everyone to be happy with him and moaning at him seems to make him say what you all want to hear. Look over his past threads and the trend sticks out like a sore thumb.
