I think it depends on the location
In Aus the 2260 is available with both connectors and without - no media with either though

My 2260 did not come with double taps when purchased new.
But the 2262 usually does come with double taps and no media. Keep an eye out on EBay though. I just picked up another 2260 with media & double taps for $300.
